You never want to have to contact a remediation company, but if you do, AmeriClean are the ones you want. Their entire team were fantastic to work with, and I genuinely can't emphasize how helpful, thorough, and pleasant they all were to work with. They effectively addressed the issues we were having, but also took the time to walk us through the process with knowledge, and patience. Truly a 5-star organization.

When I made this appointment nothing was said about who would be removing the furniture. The technician arrived on time. To be polite, I removed as much as I could. I vacuumed and swept, but I didn’t get thank You from the technician. He Was shown what needed to be cleaned. I stayed Out of his way until the job was done. We made a tour of the house. The stains in the carpet were removed, but I was very unhappy with the results of the cleaning in the shower. I was able to remove a lot of the stains just with a toothbrush and soap on my own. there was quite a black grout mold buildup In the little cutout that hold shampoo. The tech explained that he tried two different products to remove that mold and nothing worked. I was unhappy that some of the tiles on the wall seemed to still have soap scum on them, and the corners weren’t cleaned out at all. It did not look like they cleaned around or behind the toilets or behind the door. The technician did subtract some of the bill. Very nice and polite young man, but I was not impressed.
