Amazing amazing! Really impressed with the whole crew. From the cutest dog in the world to meet you at the entrance, to the owner, everyone is fantastic to deal with. We had a water conditioning system and water cooler put in and couldnt be happier with the professional sales, installation and support. Cheaper bottled water than even Costcos discounted rate and it tastes great! 5 stars all around. A customer for life thank you!
We've been using American Water Technologies for quite a few years, the customer service is excellent. We are able to increase and decrease our deliveries easily and if we run out (our error) then they are so quick to get us stocked up again.
I've worked with American Water for over 9 years and their service is always excellent. I have salt delivered for the same price you need to pay for carry out at the box stores. Also, 6 years ago they installed a new softener for my duplex. It has worked perfectly for 6 years then stopped. They just went to my home, replaced a faulty component and it cost less than $100 for both parts and labor. Highly recommended. Great company.
Everyone here is super friendly and always so quick to get replacement jugs on the way when we call to schedule a drop off! The water is also great tasting and I highly recommend them!
