Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration

I can not say enough great things about Alpha Omega! They provided the proper clean up for a rental home of mine after the last tenants had a rodent problem. Did an amazing job! Jordan communicated through the whole process. And Kiara the technician did a great job the day of the service. As an active duty service member managing a prior home as a rental from across the country. It helps me sleep better at night knowing I can count on the team at Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration. Thank you all!

First off, I want to say that Arron and his crew are superb. Courteous, timely, and communicate very well. Nate and Kiara, did a great job and went above and beyond in making sure everything met my expectations. I don't remember the other to helpers names but they did a very good job. And everyone I interacted was just a joy to work with. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration is here at my apartment complex working hard to address water damage after the laundry room flooded last night. They are informative and thorough about the process as well as careful to not disrupt anything near the disaster zone. S/O TO MIA, ANVIANA & KIARA FOR THE AWESOME JOB THEY’VE DONE!! Super accommodating.😊

Hello I just wanted to come on here and talk about my distasteful experience with what happened last week. I am not even a customer myself, my neighbor is! Me and my husband had just gotten home and I had my children with me. As I was putting things away in the house the kids were out on the front lawn playing. As I was putting away my things in the house I can hear things being thrown around very loudly and on top of that I could hear two young ladies laughing hysterically and using A LOT of profanity. I then immediately go back outside and grab my kids and bring them inside. If I wanted my kids to listen to that bad of language I would have turned on a rap song not let them play outside. I finished putting my groceries inside and I went to go close my trunk when I hear one of the girls in gray shout “take your shirt off” and then began giggling from across the street. I then looked at her but she was thankfully not talking to me. As I was looking at the two young ladies standing around I noticed they were standing in front of a white work truck with a black trailer. The work truck has a logo on it I asked my neighbor what the name of the company was and she told me. I just wanted to say you are a company working in homes WITH CHILDREN in the community. I am sure more than 90% of the homes you work in have children in them or around. So I don’t see any use of profanity or “sexual” talking’s appropriate in that type of environment whatsoever. I would hope to not have to hear that AT MY OWN HOME again. I am happy to provide a description of the ladies as well. I’m sure all of the kids around including my other neighbors heard them as well!!! The girls were both in white suits one of them had a gray shirt on which you could see through the white suit she was the one I looked at after she said “take your shirt off”. They were BOTH using heavy language of profanity as well. I did not know if you guys were open on weekends so I decided to leave my message here this morning. Please do better

Alpha Omega and their crew were great, response and communication was amazing, their cleanup, knowledge and fast response saved us tons from all of the damage from the hail storm, Jordan and Aaron have been wonderful to work with
