A Treasured Friend Pet Crematory

After reading tons of great reviews of A Treasured Friend pet cremation we decided to go with them when we unexpectedly had to have our boy put down. What was already a terrible time for our family turned into an even worse experience. We dropped him off Monday the 18th of August and were told he’d be done the beginning of the following week. August 25 and 26 came and went and we heard nothing. I called on the 27th(Wednesday) to see if he was ready. I was told “well I can have him ready this afternoon if you need. I told him that’s fine as long as he was ready by the next day as we had to make a trip into Billings anyways. Thursday we headed into Billings on my lunch break around 10:00. Got there no answer at the door. Called the number no answer on the phone. Went back to the vehicle in tears but I had to get back to work so we couldnt hang around and wait. I finally got a hold of the guy at 2:30 pm. He told me his cameras weren’t working and his phone was on silent but he was around all day. I told him my husband had to make another trip to Billings on Friday and when would be a good time to pick up Duke? And was told anytime he’d make sure he was there. Friday my husband went in and the door was locked no one answered the door or phone again. My husband called me to let me know so I tried all day calling a treasured friend. 4:30 he called me back and said “did I miss you guys again?”. I told him we live an hour away and are making another trip to Billings on Monday and asked if he would be open since it was a holiday. He assured me again and this time gave me a cell phone number to call. So finally after 2 horrible weeks we have our boy home. After this experience we have decided if we ever have to do this again we will pay the extra money to have Faithful Friend Animal Memories handle our furry friends. As they went above and beyond with our oldest man that passed a year ago and a half ago.

I am so impressed. Our dog passed away on a Friday evening. I frantically called and left a message fully expecting to not hear back until Saturday or even Monday. Zack contacted me back the same evening well after business hours and we were able to come up with a time for drop off the next morning (he also offered to come and pick up my dog). The prices are reasonable and he makes the urns from scratch which is so special. I would highly recommend this business!!! Thank you for making a stressful and sad situation a little more manageable.

I was extremely heartbroken after losing my fur baby. (I think his name was Zach) He was extremely polite and helpful and I appreciate it. I was given a rainbow bridge poem/death certificate and Thor was placed in a beautiful urn from them.

4 1/2 years ago, we lost our cat & his service was just average. We just lost our other kitty & he has truly stepped up his game. We were impressed. From the paw prints to the container he puts the ashes in. He even gave us a certificate with a sweet sentiment. Very nice. The only thing was how long it took him. We didn't get our little guy back for a week 1/2. He said he was sick so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Thank you A Treasured Friend for taking care of our furbabies.

They took good care of my faithful friend. This is the only place I would trust.
