In Loving Memory of George Kim October 6, 2025 Losing my first dog, George, was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life. If it weren’t for Angie and Karen at Trusted Journey, I would have been a complete mess. From the start, they showed me empathy and understanding that I didn’t receive elsewhere. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist at my vet’s office wasn’t properly trained to explain what options were available after my dog’s passing. I had no idea I could choose something other than the standard urn I received. It wasn’t until Trusted Journey and one of Dr. Hoyt’s vet techs, who had also recently lost her corgi, explained the process that I learned I could have George’s ashes sealed and transferred into an urn of my choice. I was already deeply traumatized by the sudden loss of my sweet little boy, so I wasn’t prepared for the confusion that followed. That’s where Angie and Karen came in. They guided me through every step with such kindness and patience. Angie spent so much time helping me pick the perfect urn, and she made me feel less alone in my grief. We even shared a few heartfelt laughs in between tears. When the urn arrived, Angie carefully transferred George’s ashes with such care and respect that I finally felt at peace, like he was truly resting where he belonged. Thanks to her, I was able to leave feeling comforted instead of broken. If my vet’s receptionist had been properly trained, so much unnecessary trauma could have been avoided. But it was Angie who truly carried me through this painful first experience with loss. She explained everything clearly, compassionately, and with so much grace. Trusted Journey is incredibly lucky to have her. She is a blessing to every family and every dog who passes through their care. Without her, this experience could have remained a very dark memory. Instead, she brought light, peace, and understanding during one of the hardest goodbyes I’ve ever faced. we have never had a pet death in the family before but we recently lost our 2 boys. this company did an amazing job helping us feel. better about our decision. it was 100% worth the price as i wasn’t even expecting to get our boys back in anything. but we got them back in, not just a cheap box - a handmade, wooden box that can be engraved later if we choose. along with that, we got a bag to keep it in for traveling and certificates of the cremation.

Trusted Journey is incredible. Our hand carved urn was exceptional and everyone was so supportive and friendly. I was truly impressed at the cemetery grounds when we went to pick up my cat’s ashes; so beautifully landscaped and well maintained. You can tell that the people there are truly sympathetic to what you are going through. I’m so thankful and truly touched at the kind of care they took with my Sharky after his journey over the rainbow bridge. Thank you so much

For obvious reasons, I'm not really in the state of mind to be leaving reviews on the internet, but in a situation like this, I know it helps people in this position to know who they're dealing with. Meeting Kyle at this location was extremely good for people like me, who lost a family member and a best friend, at the same time. He's a great guy who genuinely cares about what we're going through, and makes this process much more easy and tolerable. He's been through it himself and is extremely empathetic. I did a private cremation, and it went exactly as he explained. Just needed to see the little guy through to the very end, and by human standards, I'm not sure there's a better place to do it. He handled all aspects of the process himself, all the way down to assembling the urn box so I didn't have to do it. If you're in this situation, I highly recommend seeking his assistance. I was dreading this day, since Charlie went down last week, but thanks to Kyle, and being able to witness on camera from 100 ft away, it made it much easier to deal with.

We lost our little Maltese last summer and used rolling acres south location. Our boy was almost 16 and we were completely heartbroken. I have never used a pet cremation service but I wanted a piece of him to still have in our home. They were so wonderful to work with and made a difficult time a great experience. Unfortunately we lost our other dog, who was 14, last week and used them again for her. Every single person there is so kind and makes your pet feel special and loved. We chose one of the urns that is included in the price. It is a beautiful wooden box with a tree design. All in all, wonderful place when you are going through a hard time in life losing a beloved pet.
