My experience with Heartland Cremation was above and beyond any expectations! It was a difficult and very trying time for me. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant, professional and attentive. I was contacted by several team members there just to see how my family and I were doing throughout the preparation process. Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and taken into careful consideration. Corey was extremely patient with me and my multiple calls ❤️ The day of the memorial Corey's assistant I think her name is Ashley (please forgive me if I'm wrong about her name) but she was also amazing! She was very attentive and kept me on schedule! I have already gave praises to many people about my experience and that they should definitely consider Heartland for future services/arrangements. I also received many compliments on how well the memorial was put together with the presentation including the music, and the picture slide show. I can't thank Heartland Cremation enough for the outstanding service they did for easing my mind during the time of me grieving over the loss of my brother. From the first call I made I knew I had picked and trusted a more than capable and qualified place to handle all arrangements. Thank you to everyone at Heartland Cremation!❤️

I want to thank Hannah for her great customer service while we were going through our process of my dad passing. But with her help we were able to feel more at ease of choosing the cremation process. They were fast with the process of paperwork and giving my dad back to us the family. Thank you!

Hannah was very sweet and helped us out a lot. She took care of everything and has been able to answer all of our questions. She also fulfilled our requests and gave us really good ideas to help us remember our special lil Toby. My son was cremated and she placed a note from me inside of one of his little socks, I have the matching sock. So a little piece of us will be together forever. I'm glad we went to them and felt like we could trust them with our wishes. If I ever need help in the future I'll be going to them.

Heartland was impeccable in their service to our family during the loss of our loved one. All responses were very timely with excellent follow-through. The highest level of diligence and compassion were shown throughout every interaction. Thank you for helping us navigate such a challenging time.

They were professional and didn't put any pressure on me to buy added service that I didn't want. Everything went according to plan. I didn't realize they had to wait for the offical state death certificate before they could cremate anyone. Heartland even transferred his ashes to a location that was more convient for us to retrieve them. I would recommend Heartland as it was recommended to me. We have had 4 family members use their services with satisfaction.
