The Cremation Center of Kansas City

I can't recommend a business more highly. My mother passed unexpectedly and the Cremation Center made this process so easy on me and my family. Ginger is completely sensitive to your needs and guides you through process. She was available at any moment that I needed her help - and went out of her way to handle things for me. Times like these are so difficult and to have someone ease the burden is invaluable.

Ginger is the absolute best. She is very professional with her expertise and knowledge. She was very patient with us and answered all of questions. She made this process go very smooth. She was so kind and understanding. She went above and beyond. She made things happen that seemed impossible for us. I would absolutely give more than 5 stars if possible. I would highly recommend her and this Cremation Center.

This journey has been the hardest of my life. Ginger made me feel like family and cared about my child that was gone far too soon. I chose this cremation center for the care and love that I needed to lay my sweet daughter to rest. Thank you all. You are forever a beautiful extension of my family.

I can not say enough good things about Ashley and Ginger at the Cremation Center of Kansas City. I lost both my parents within weeks of each other and was treated with such compassion and understanding every time I interacted with their team. I worked primarily with Ashley who was wonderful about making sure I understood the options without pressuring me to add additional things. She understood that being so young, this was an unimaginable thing to go through and truly made such an overwhelming experience so much more approachable and took the time to call their storage person to confirm my dad didn't have his wedding ring because I wanted to be sure we kept it. The person who collected my dad was incredibly kind, explaining the entire process and making sure I was able to spend the time I needed before taking him away. He did an excellent job reading the room and made the experience feel so much more human rather than cold. I could go on and on about the positive experience we had with the entire team here and would highly recommend them to any one facing the unfortunate decision of choosing who to care for their loved one after death.

Lets be real. Loosing someone isnt ever an easy or fun process. The Cremation Center of Kansas City was polite and professional the entire time. The staff was knowledgeable about process and processes. Even though it was a difficult time, they made this process simple and bearable. Shout out to them for their great service!
