Words can't express my sincere gratitude I have for Gateway funeral Services. Everything was amazing the staff actually listened to details and gave us a surprise as a crowning ceremony for my mom. I call her queeen and a crown was placed on her head. The staff was fabulous. I asked if I could go to morgue to do my Queen's hair and they actually allowed me have that monent with her. This was my first time having to plan funeral arrangments and it being for mom they made the process so smooth. From meeting with Chris and John during our initial meeting to texts and calls with Chris getting obituary and everything in order. The customer service was definetly pleasant. They made the transition of planning the services so fabulous. Their attitudes were helpful in everything we asked for they made it happen. I would most def use them again if needed and highly recommended to anyone.. We asked to have my moms makeup look normal, flowers were beautiful, horse & carriage, the decor everything on point. I appreciate Gateway Funeral services for treating us with respect in every aspect during this process. The Jones and Mangum family thank you so much for allowing us to send my Queen home in style

I truly recommend Gateway Funeral and Cremation. The entire process of planning our mom's funeral was beyond excellence, from beginning to end. Everything was beautiful and down right elegant, from the Public Viewing to the ceremonial Celebration of Life. My mother was 97yrs old, Gateway literally treated our mom like a Queen, placing a crown on our mom. If you want a funeral home that will treat your loved one and family with dignity... Gateway cremation was amazing on every level from the moment I called they were able to help me with every step of the process,I just communicated to them what we were looking for and John and his staff were able to put it all together. They did not leave out any details beautifully done. Service at Ambruster Chapel everything was there flower arrangement & the urn it was just beautiful. The staff was very professional, and extremely supportive at a very difficult time. I highly recommend Gateway when the time comes when you are needing their services.

When you are planning arrangements for your loved one Gateway is definitely the way to go. Not only is their pricing reasonable but the service you get for the price is remarkable. John and his team worked hard to provide my family with everything we needed for my brothers services. Even with limited time, we never felt rushed to make decisions and they exceeded our expectations. The team had so much compassion during the service and always treated him with care. Not to mention when we had last minute cancellations John stepped up and even kept the program moving along the day of. We are so thankful for Gateway during this difficult time!
