Cypress Pointe Cremation

My son passed away unexpectedly. He lived in Missouri while I am in Mississippi, so I contacted Cypress Pointe for help with his cremation. I spoke with Joe Kalmer, who was absolutely wonderful. He was upfront about the pricing and never pressured me to purchase a more expensive package or urn. There were no hidden fees, and compared to other options I looked into, their pricing was very reasonable. I had never been through this process before and wasn’t sure how to proceed. Joe guided me through everything with patience and compassion, explaining each step and providing all the information I needed. He responded quickly to every call and email. His support made an incredibly difficult time a little easier, and I am truly grateful.

Joe at Cypress Pointe took on a very stressful situation for us. After the hospital called, 2 days later, to say our loved one had not been picked up, he took over. They never contacted him to let him know to pickup! He was there within 1 hour of my call to him. He also received the run around again, trying to get the death certificate signed. He was diligent in his efforts and kept me informed every step of the way. I can't thank him enough for taking this on and relieving our family of this stress.
