Rick Ingersoll went out of his way to make the process very easy for us, which was very much appreciated since we were not only dealing with a loss, but also being overwhelmed with the estate management process. Thank you for assisting us through a very difficult time!

During this most difficult time, making arrangements for my beloved Grandmother, I had the pleasure of working with Amy, not only was she very knowledgeable, but she was so compassionate, carings and most importantly understanding. She helped me and my Grandfather throughout the entire process. Amy and Jessica are truly amazing! They were so kind and considerate to my father and me when we were having to make arrangements for my sister in Florissant, MO. We are from Lilburn, GA and having to deal with traveling and coordinating, they seriously could not have made this experience any easier than they did and I would recommend them to anyone because of how well they took care of us. Such sweet sweet people and I'll never forget them. Wonderful people and the prices for their services I highly doubt could be matched,extremely reasonable and beautiful at the same time. Jessica was incredibly caring and compassionate in helping us sort through all the details after the passing of our mother. She was well organized and kept us updated throughout the process. She followed up with any question we had if she didn't readily have the answer. Cremation Society of Missouri exceeded our expectations during our time of uncertainty and grief.
