When you are hurting so badly from your loss, compassion matters more than anything. Valerie was absolutely wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process. She was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. It was very obvious that she has been doing this work for a long time and truly understands what families are going through. I am deeply grateful to have met her during such a difficult time. The Cremation Society arrived within two hours of hospice calling them. My mother was presented beautifully, with a red rose placed gently in the pocket of the blanket covering her. The two gentlemen who escorted her vessel out were professionally dressed, respectful, and compassionate, and they made an incredibly difficult moment easier to swallow.

Valerie Worley from the Lee Summit location helped me greatly in such a dark time. She was always available to answer any questions my family or I had, and we had a lot of questions. She is knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. I can’t imagine having to go through this time without her help.

My mother passed away a few weeks ago. She was in hospice so her death was not unexpected. Nonetheless, I needed to take some time to process the loss before writing this review. I want to acknowledge Valerie with the Cremation Society of Kansas & Missouri. I had reach out to her about three weeks prior to my mother’s death. Valerie set up a plan, provided the necessary information and at the time of my mother’s passing, the hospice nurse called Valerie and everything was taken care of. I want to give Valerie a shout out for her exceptional compassionate service. I highly recommend the Cremation Society of Kansas & Missouri, Lees Summit location. Thank you Valerie and your staff for all your assistance during a very trying time.
