Jordan was incredibly helpful in getting my father's remains transferred to their care. Thankfully so since using assurance cremation saved us $2500 as compared to the other companies around us. Jordan is a very kind man who takes good care of his clients offering each and every family time to grieve and help during difficult times. He makes himself available at the drop of a hat to ensure everyone is taken care of. Although it does seem that Jordan himself takes on to much work at one time. I hope that in the future he is able to hire more help to assist him with the many clients I am sure he has on a daily bases. Regardless of how busy Jordan is and being pulled in so many directions each day I am grateful for his help and kindness. My brother passed in K.C and I live in Wash. State. It was not possible for me to go to K.C.
