I'm not sure if words are enough to explain how grateful I am for the professionalism and soft kind words as I grieving my 15 yr old furbaby. I only knew what I had read on the internet about thr process. It was so nice to be stepped through the process at a time i couldn't even think straight. I was called when Reggie was ready and was even more pleased at the way his footprint, eyebrow hair, and etc. we're packaged. The sweet tote had everything together nicely and ready for me. I will definitely be using them again and refer anyone to this business. Thank you again Pet Angel!!

Very caring staff. Explained the process and took good care of our fur baby. We are repeat customers and will use them next time. This is a hard time and these guys help us through.

They require a signature to get your loved one back but don’t give a courtesy call to let someone know they are here to deliver your loved one. I even called and left a message for an update as to when the delivery was going to happen just so I could make sure I or someone else would be here to get our loved one.

My husband said everyone was very kind and offered their condolences when he dropped off our sweet Chloe to be cremated. I picked her up today and she was in a pretty velvet bag with her urn inside. I do hate that I didn’t get a paw print like someone else said they did. Being a first time customer I wasn’t sure what all was offered. If the time ever comes again I would use them again.

Over the years I have had my pets cremated through my vet. Never had an issue until now. My beloved collie was given to pet angels for care and much to my surprise cremation was not done until they collected payment. This was a new policy according to the company. I provided payment and now 2 weeks later, still no remains. They forgot to take her off hold so she is still there, I suppose. They did apologize. This has been very unpleasant for me and I hope to never need their services again.
