I had an excellent experience with them. They were patient as it was difficult coming up with funds in the beggining. Very kind and supportive people understanding losing a loved one which helped with grieving. Knowing that your loved one is being cared for even after they are gone was so comforting.

When my mother passed I was pleased with the service from Twin Cities Cremation. They picked up the body quickly and were able to meet with me the next day to make arrangements. Jonathan was very helpful and courteous. Everything went smoothly.

Twin Cities Cremation handled services for both my mother in 2022 and my father in 2025 with sensitivity, responsiveness, and respect. With any luck I won't have to coordinate any more cremations, but I would absolutely go back to TCC again if the need arises.

My daughter used twin cites cremation services. Would not recommend-unless you would like to be responsible for wrapping your loved one’s body and carrying them out of the house by yourself with no help from staff. Still makes me sick to my stomach my poor son in law and his siblings had to wrap their own mother’s body.

I was very comfortable using the services of Twin Cities cremation. The funeral director Dominic worked on very short notice with us to accommodate various situations. He got a date for the service set-up at the earliest date feasible all while having to adjust for changes in the size of the casket, liner, and box due to my brother’s physical status at time of death. I saw God’s hand working throughout my brother’s life and even at the end of his life. Twin Cities cremation was an important part of the journey. They took good care of us and were there for us in every way. I thank you for helping us to bury our wonderful Loved one during Holy Week 2025.
