My beloved Cooper came back in a can which would not do. I purchased this beautiful urn, which is large enough to put the can of his remains and his collar in. Very well made and I love the size of the picture frame. It was delivered earlier than expected and shipping cost was reasonable.

The Yorkshire Terrier urn was very well made and beautiful. The company is responsive and service was fast. I was disappointed in the engraving. It was entirely my fault for not completely reading the description, but it's done on heavy duty cardboard cards with 3M backing and not the urn itself. It looks great and is easy to use.

I ordered the Large Timeless Rosewood Cremation Urn for my brother's untimely death. Dealing with such a loss has been difficult and I can't express how much my spirit was lifted when I received the order. The box is breathtaking, so much more than what I was expecting. The price of the box with engraving and shipping was considerably more reasonable compared to other places I've looked at. My mom was so pleased and impressed. This purchase provided me with confert and peace of mind.

They delivered so fast, they were so kind over the phone and they did an amazing job. The urns are very high quality and beautiful for a fraction of funeral home prices. I love the engravings.

Both times, everything went smoothly, quick, and the ordering process was very easy, especially during difficult times when you are not wanting to deal with any problems. I wanted to change the engraving this past time and I called customer service, and she was very helpful. professional, and kind. Standard delivery took only around 3 or 4 days, and we were very pleased with the product. I chose the American Kennel Club Urn with free engraving.
