Considering the price of the process, which was more affordable than most, the staff were friendly, patient, and very accommodating. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job. It was a little hard to find but upon entering, it was clean and it didn't smell like death, unlike other centers I've been to before. Id recommend this place to anyone for all those reasons if this is the route they want to take in death. Despite the circumstances of the situation that brought us there, the deliverance of the entire process couldn't have been better. The two staff that were working were very customer service oriented. I failed to get their names. We were there for Rita Roberts and the two ppl working were an orangish/ blondlish woman and a tall blond man. Very nice ppl. Great job guys! Thank you for making the process that much easier to deal with. You handled us well. Youre the key players that earned this place a five star review and I hope you get recognition for your service. Keep it up. The world needs more ppl like you. And so do a lot of other businesses. (😂) Thank you from myself and my family. I can't imagine it being an easy job.

10/10 amazing experience! 10/10 low pricing! 10/10 high quality! 10/10 Live person answer's phone's, rarely goes to voicemail. Quick responses to emails as well. We worked with Cora here and the entire experience was so helpful and respectful. I really like how they take care in who is providing what info and also help notify SS. They also help by working with the hospital, University of Minnesota's #1 recommendation. Death certificates were mailed. Cards were made. Urn's are on display with many many options and engraving is included! Thank you Crescent Tide and Staff!

This place was awesome, I called so many different cremation spots after my dad died, and the prices were absurd. It was unbelievable how much they wanted to charge me for my tragedy. So grateful to have found crescent tide asking for a much more reasonable amount of money. My old man loved finding a good deal so it was great to honor him in that way. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Thanks Shane for insisting on walking us to our car after our visit. Truly exceptional customer care, when care is the most important thing to make us feel. If that makes sense, Give him a raise.
