Had to put my dog down unexpectedly. We had one of the cremation staff named Tony handle our dog… he was so gentle with and very compassionate I got to bring home my baby today and the packaging is neat and clean and he gave us everything we asked for.

Picked up the ashes from them for my pet and mentioned that it was her birthday today (the day I was picking up) and pretty much zero compassion or empathy..."here you go". Teach your staff when they work with the actual end client (not a vet) that they could really take a moment just to say "I'm sorry for your loss". Also, attention to detail.... names of the client and the pet both misspelled so attention to detail just was not there.

I was truly disappointed in the pawprint. That is not my dog's pawprint. It looks exactly like the one on your site. I'm guessing it's the same pawprint everyone ends up with. It make me wonder if the ashes are my dog's. I truly question I'd It isn't ashes from several pets. I will look in the future to different cremation options. This is disrespectful.
