Our dog passed away in our house. My son was the only person home and was pretty traumatized. I raced home and began calling around. I was referred to River Valley. I called and Andy answered immediately on a Saturday. He said, "I'll be there in 25 minutes." He picked her up and communicated with me through the whole process. She was cremated on Monday. He treated our tragedy like his emergency. We were able to order a paw print and Christmas ornament of our girl. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
