I want to thank Pets Remembered Cremation for cremating my beautiful Cebollita. Im in so much shock and disbelief still. Her passing has been very hard for me. From the first phone call to the last I was crying everytime and I can hear in their voice how much they care/understand us grieving as well. Even showing up I was almost sobbing, the girls at the desks were quiet and just let me be. I received her in a fancy blue bag with her ashes in a wooden box, paw prints on paper, a brown clay paw print, and some of her fur ❤️. I will be using your services in the future as well. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the kind people at Pets Remembered. I had to put my older dog to sleep after nearly 11 years and this was my first time saying goodbye to a beloved pet in over 2 decades. Pets Remembered was the perfect place - they were so kind and compassionate and helping, and they really went above and beyond. You can tell that they do this as more than a paycheck, they do this out of love. I brought my boy to them and they helped me get him into the building. They gave me some time to say one last goodbye before I left. When I came back to pick him up I was stunned. They had taken pawprints on notecards, they gave us a little bag of hair trimmings (and this was obviously done with care, as he had a brindle coat with some white patches on him, and they managed to get snippets of every color of his coat), they gave us his ashes in a beautiful polished wooden box. I was just overwhelmed with gratitude. Today my mom contacted me as she has to put down their elderly dog, and I immediately told her to bring him here for cremation. It's not the kind of referral anyone likes to have to make, but at the same time, if someone is in need of their services, I will sing praises of Pets Remembered!

It is devastating to lose a pet. My beloved guinea pig just crossed the rainbow bridge. The Pets Remembered staff showed me such kindness during a horrible time. They have a designated room where you can have time to spend with your pet. I was upset and had no one to come with for support. Sarah was so kind and sat with me for a few minutes. Then I had some alone time. I really appreciate that I was able to do that instead of just having to hand her over to someone. I got her ashes back in a couple days, and I was blown away by everything they included. Her ashes were in a beautiful box. I got a clay dish with her paw prints, nose print and name on it. I got cards with paw prints and a nose print. They included her hair and clipped all 3 colors. They treated her with such care. I am so grateful for that.

I am absolutely astonished at the amazing staff at pets remembered. We found our pet had passed away through the night and I had called and asked about cremation. We were able to come in that morning and say our last goodbyes. The facility was so comforting. Our kids were able to be with us as we said goodbye to our kitty. We received a beautiful wood box, clay paw print, fur and an ink paw print along with a very nice letter. We have 5 kids and were amazed when opening the letter there was enough ink paw prints for each of our children to have and we did not ask for anything extra. I will be bringing my fur babies here in the future. I would 100% recommend pets remembered for your pet needs. Thank you so much

We are so happy with the services provided by Pets Remembered. I gave them a call a few hours after our cat Paul had passed. They were extremely patient, kind and understanding about his passing and I was able to schedule a drop off for his cremation. My husband was heartbroken. We dropped Paul off and were given some time to process the goodbye in the waiting room. Within a few days, we received his ashes and beautiful paw prints and fur clipping. They did such a wonderful job!! We’re still heartbroken about him leaving us after 15 years, but we’re grateful for Pets Remembered and the peace, closure and kindness of these human beings that work here. You guys rock!! I will recommend you to all my family and friends in the future!
