I can’t imagine that the staff at Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota always has an easy time. I would imagine that with all the grief and loss that they see, it must require an incredible group of people to provide such services. Scott helped me on one of the worst days of my life, when I brought my sweet girl, Lucy, to be settled for her final rest. As soon as I walked into the office, Scott did everything he could to make the process and paperwork as easy as possible while allowing me time, space, and privacy to say goodbye. He was professional, kind, personable, gracious and he’s now the forever example of what an angel is and how one behaves in my head. He handled the entire cremation process, including pickup, with kindness and empathy, sharing his own experience with his fur baby. Not only is MN Pet Cremation a relatively cost-effective and logistically easy option, but it’s an empathetic and graceful option. I would highly recommend anyone in need consider this option for your own family.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to help lay my sweet baby to rest. I believe it was Scott who helped me and he was so incredibly kind and empathetic. With this job, I can’t imagine it’s easy and Scott made me feel so comforted. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby boy I know he was in good hands. From the moment I arrived, he endured to carefully take my kitty from my car and placed us into a room where we got to say our final goodbyes. Scott walked me out to my car both the day I brought him in and the day I picked up his ashes. I would rate this place very highly as thy clearly care about your family members and ensuring they are well taken care of in these moments.

Our second time here. The private service package is special and the right way to say farewell (for now). It’s not easy at all losing a loved one, especially after fighting to live for so long, but at least we have solice knowing no worries with this last piece of hardship. Trisa was so kind and supportive. Not rushed. Just us with our precious little girl.

Scott and Trisa provided incredible service in a very difficult situation when my elderly parents lost their beloved Westie. I'm forever grateful for the level of empathy, care, and patience that Trisa provided for my grieving parents. This was above and beyond any reasonable expectation of how this service would go on a Sunday afternoon when any help at all was in such urgent need. We are so fortunate to have found Scott and this incredible company. Have you ever stumbled across a company with a 4.8 google rating with thousands of reviews that provided barely passable service with questionable customer service at rates that make you say that there's no way that was a 4.8-star experience or value? The customer experience provided by this company is what an authentic 4.9 rating is supposed to look like.

We had to put our sweet baby girl of 14 years down last week. The guys here were more than accommodating to our loss. We were treated with high levels of respect during our time here. I hope we don’t have to put another cat down for a long time, but when we do we will take them here for the final stop.
