Memorial Pet Cemetery

Have wondered about this place since I was a boy. Now closed to burials, but open for wandering and wondering. Still tended plots for treasured pets, mostly canines. One can't help but wonder how much joy these pets gave their owners. One stone cites the lifetimes of several dogs, maybe as many as six. Lots of plastic flowers. Very nice, and nothing at all like a human cemetery. I enjoy cemeteries and have spent a lot of time in them. They have a feel to them and the older the better. The feel here lacked the same depth or sense of ancestors. It felt nice, but not a place that I would go to feel connected with the beyond
