Cherished Pets Cremation

They’ve been absolutely wonderful throughout the process. When I picked up my dog’s ashes, I noticed the breed was listed incorrectly—through no fault of Cherished Pets. I reached out, and they had no problem issuing a corrected certificate. After some time passed and I still hadn’t received the updated version, Tyler followed up with me on his own to check in. When I let him know it still hadn’t arrived, he immediately offered to send out another one. He’s been so kind and thoughtful—I truly wish more people were like him.

I cannot express my gratitude to Tyler and his team enough. Our sweet old man Jaeger passed away in our vehicle this past Sunday as we were traveling home from a weekend camping in Northern, Minnesota. Tyler was quick to respond and assist us through one of the most difficult times we have had to experience. We were able to drive through and drop Jaeger off right to the facility where we were able to take time to say one final goodbye to our sweet boy. We were not rushed or made to feel hurried in this process at all. Ontop of this our boy was able to be delivered directly to our home today which was very appreciated. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be sending any family or friends their way. Their love and care for our old man has been top notch and very much appreciated.

I lost my beautiful Lucy girl unexpectedly early on the 11th and my vet sent her(and her 2 favorite stuffed animals) here to be cremated. I just picked her up yesterday and the sense of relief I felt to have her back home was unreal. The packaging that her remains came back in included a sturdy bag closed with a golden identification tag in a simple white box that fit just perfectly in her urn. The card and rainbow bridge poem were an absolutely beautiful addition to her new spot in my home. I just wanted to thank you guys for taking such great care of my girl.

So very grateful to have this service available during a most difficult time. Everything was handled with the grace and dignity our pet deserved.
