My sweet baby oxxo passed away this week. I am beyond impressed with the service provided by Jacob. Jacob was very supportive every step of the process. From day one I knew I made the correct choice. He was very kind and updated us thoroughly. I know my oxxo was taken care of and would’ve trusted Jacob. Although this process was difficult, it felt very special receiving my oxxo and finally getting him home. We are excited for Oxxo’s visit on Día de Los Muertos -blessings
