Caring Paws Pet Cremation

With the unexpected passing of our American Bully, Gus, my kids and I are sure happy we stumbled across Caring Paws. I was brokenhearted and had no idea where to turn. Every step of the way Jacob and his team gently guided us. They treated Gus as if he was their loved one. They talked to us, and asked what Gus was like. Our dog, Minnie, passed away suddenly. We called Caring Paws and Jacob came to pick her up. He was so caring and showed genuine interest in her. His kindness during our grief was so appreciated. We were asked our wishes and all requests were granted. We received her urn with a beautifully engraved name plate, her paw print and hair. Thank you for your wonderful, personalized service.

We lost our beloved cat unexpectedly on a Sunday morning. The Caring Paws team reached out right away via text after I filled out their online form (thank you for the option to not talk on the phone while I was newly grieving). We scheduled an appointment via text and Jacob was so understanding and approachable when we arrived. I can't thank you enough for making this awful time more bearable for our family. They were so caring and respectful in all of my communications with them and were very flexible and accommodating about the timing of providing their service at the times of my sweet dogs passing. I knew he would be in good hands after his last visit to the vet. They were very helpful in providing information in how they provide service, and resources that are available for grief in a really tough time for me to think and make decisions. My sweet baby oxxo passed away this week. I am beyond impressed with the service provided by Jacob. Jacob was very supportive every step of the process. From day one I knew I made the correct choice. He was very kind and updated us thoroughly. I know my oxxo was taken care of and would’ve trusted Jacob. Although this process was difficult, it felt very special receiving my oxxo and finally getting him home. We are excited for Oxxo’s visit on Día de Los Muertos -blessings
