I wanted to thank Alyssa, the funeral director for the amazing way she took care of every detail! She is excellent at what she does at a time when people are often at their worst! Alyssa went over and above in being available and responsive to every need and request we had preparation for and during my mom's Celebration of Life service and burial.

From start to finish, the entire staff went above and beyond, but it was the funeral director, Scott, who truly shone through with his exceptional service. Scott was a beacon of support, his professionalism intertwined with genuine kindness. Despite the numerous questions and requests I had, potentially enough to drive anyone to distraction, he addressed each one with unwavering patience and attention. Not once did I feel like an imposition; instead, I always felt my needs and concerns were top priority. But what moved me the most was seeing my mother. Zaagman's Funeral Home and their team worked with such delicate care that my mom looked beautiful. The respect and effort put into making her appear as peaceful and graceful as ever will remain in my heart forever. This entire experience was wrapped in warmth and respect, and for that, I am deeply thankful. My husband and I worked with Alyssa to pre-plan my mother-in-laws services. She was very polite and professional. She wasn’t pushy or “salesy” in any way. She listened to our needs and came up with solutions and made great suggestions. When the time comes for the services I have no doubt the Zaagman team will do an excellent job and support our family through a very difficult time.
