My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Windsor Precious Pet Cremation. We’ve had to rely on their services twice in the past year, and during two of the most heartbreaking moments for our family, they showed us nothing but compassion, dignity, and genuine care. From the moment we reached out, they treated our pets as the beloved family members they were. Every detail was handled gently and respectfully, and we never felt rushed or alone in the process. Their kindness brought us real comfort when we needed it most. Losing a pet is incredibly difficult, but Windsor Precious Pet Cremation helped make those moments a little more bearable by honoring our pets’ memories with warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt understanding. We are deeply grateful for the care they provided, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing a similar loss.

I don’t know where to begin for I am really lost for words. Probably I can start by extending my warmest gratitude for the service that you all have rendered. Special mention to Rick, Michelle and Kristine. From the time I started inquiring through email with Rick. Michelle whom I talked over the phone and gave me all the information that I needed to know as well as answering my inquiries. She didn’t even mind all the tears I shed during that conversation. And lastly to Kristine who I have made arrangement and picked up my Chico even if her work is already done that afternoon. Everything, as in everything went smoothly. They have all shown their genuine support, care and compassion that I really felt. My boy has been taken cared of and for that I truly appreciate it wholeheartedly! It was a heartbreaking bittersweet experience but knowing that there are people like them who didn’t only work professionally but will also empathize with you, somehow ease the pain I had that moment. They are the best!

I recently used Windsor Precious Pet Cremation to privately cremate my cat, Mia. The facility operates by appointment only for both drop-off and pick-up, ensuring a more personal and private experience as you make arrangements for your recently departed pet. The staff explained the options and allowed me to choose from two complimentary urns, both of which were very nice and natural lookin. Overall, it was comforting to know that Mia would be memorialized in such a lovely way. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pet cremation services.

Totally Compassionate, utmost patience, complete understanding of furparents under such stress during such a difficult time. Absolutely appreciate time & patience they allowed & efforts in helping with my Sister's poor pup, Jack under the such tragic circumstances we had to endure. Thank You kindly. Will be a much needed part of life, albeit our 1st with WPPC, but wont be a last unfortunately, moving fwd. Prior I had to have a furbaby sent to London to be cremated.
