Martenson Funeral Home took my mother into their care after she passed. As soon as she was released, they ensured she was treated with dignity and compassion every step of the way. My mom had fought a long and difficult battle, and by the time she passed, she no longer looked like the woman I remembered. When I saw her at her viewing, I cried—not from grief alone, but because she looked restored. She looked like my mom again. For the first time since she became ill, I felt a sense of peace. My mother hadn’t set anything aside for her final arrangements, and I was worried about how I would honor her properly. The Martenson team guided me with patience and understanding, giving me dignified and affordable options that never once felt out of reach. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for allowing me to see and remember my mom the way I needed to—beautiful, whole, and at peace.

Everyone so kind and professional from the young man who picked up my dad's body to the cremation and everything in between. You don't know how much is involved until you bury a loved one. The explained everything and answered every question I had with gentleness and empathy. I would highly recommend Martensen's!! I would also like to give a special shout out to Donnie at the crematory. He explained the whole process from start to finish. He even let me help push my dad into the Cremation Tort and push the buttons, which may sound weird, but it gave me peace and closure.

The staff at Martenson was very compassionate, professional and supportive every step of the way. Robin and the rest of the team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in this difficult time. From the first meeting to the actual service everything was seamless. Everyone was polite and was able to answer any questions I directed their way. Our family has used Martenson since the late 90s. I would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about the amazing experience we had with Martenson. We held our dad’s funeral there a week ago, and everything was handled seamlessly during such a stressful time. The staff, especially Mika, went above and beyond to support us with kindness and care. We are truly grateful for how comforting and professional everyone was throughout the entire process.

Very caring, took time with our family in setting up arrangements. They did everything to make Jon's Memorial Service just what I wanted. The follow up calls have been very nice. Highly recommended.
