Simply Pet Cremation Service

we got our baby boy cremated her a day after his passing, it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do and the staff was so kind in regards to that. Everything they explained was simple and easy to understand, we appreciated how helpful they were! They also made sure to get our babies fur even though it took us an extra few hours to call back and ask. God forbid I ever have to come back but if I do, it will be here. Thank you guys for everything.

I cannot recommend this place in any way. I hate giving bad reviews, but people need to know. The whole experience was bad. Pick up took 5 hours, not 1 like told. No one contacted you to pick up remains. Then got snotty email cause I didn't pick her up. When I went to pick up remains the door was locked and had to chase someone down to get in. I could deal with all that. No problem. But when they walked out and hand me two bags and said, "She was big, we couldn't get her all in one container." What? These are cheap tins. For over $400 you couldn't get a tin big enough for all of her? Would you split a human in two? I was absolutely livid. So if you have a poodle, you might do ok here. But if you have a big breed, I'd look elsewhere.

I’m not giving a five star review because I felt the communication and concern was lacking. My cat passed away the night before. The package we purchased included a paw print plaque. Apparently it was not possible due to rigor, and I understand that. But what was upsetting is that I never received a call and informed before hand. When I picked up the urn nothing was said until I inquired where the paw print plaque was. She said they weren’t able to get one. She could have told me upfront instead of avoiding it. I’m disappointed of course at the outcome and that we didn’t get a paw print. Something I really wanted. Aside from that, the urn we purchased and paid an extra $158 for was nice. However, I won’t come back when my next fur baby passes based on the lack of care and communication.

I just want to say that Simply Pet Cremation was so incredibly kind and respectful. They took care of everything, including transporting our beautiful little doggie after he passed. His Cremation was very reasonable, and included his little paw print and his remains in a cute little container. They made everything easy at a very hard time. Thank you, Simply Pet. You truly do a wonderful service for those of us grieving our furry family members

The staff at Simply Pet Cremation Service were caring, respectful, and made this whole process so easy. I had called the day before coming in and when we arrived and I let the staff know my cat's name, she said, "Oh, yes, we've been expecting her," which made me feel like they really care about the work they do and the service they provide. The service they offer is simple (which is what I wanted - I didn't need a pet cemetery or a monument) and affordable. I'm not sure of their standard turnaround time, but I was able to pick up my cat's cremains within a week, which was a huge relief, too.
