I found this place a few years ago when my sister unexpectedly lost one of her cats, and she wasn't sure what to do. They were wonderful then for her, and sadly, I needed to talk to them myself this past week after one of my own cats unexpectedly had to be put down. Like with my sister, the staff at Pet Passages were incredible. They were compassionate, gentle, and everything a person can ask for when they are hurting at a time like this. The woman I spoke with even remembered when I came in a few years ago for my sister. They explained all the services, answered my questions, and even gave me some reduced prices on items. As a person who also works in a pet industry, this is the level of care I would want to receive, and I'm happy to have gotten it. My girl came home yesterday. I have been sharing this company with many others and encouraging them to look into private cremation options when the time comes to say goodbye to our furry loved ones. Thank you, for everything you all do. I don't doubt it's hard but you provide more than just a service; you provide comfort during some of our most vulnerable times. I absolutely love this place and the staff and owner 😭❤️. I had brought one of my guinea pigs here back in 2023 that passed away due to health issues and they were so caring and wonderful. Sadly my last guinea passed away this week due to health issues as well and i brought him here today and they are again all so sweet and caring during these hard times ❤️. So extremely hard losing our fur babies but these people here help so so much and i appreciate everyone of them! Thank you for always taking amazing care of our babies 😭❤️

Truly the hardest phone call I have ever made and yet the best decision ever to take my sweet Eywa to Pet Passages. The tech was amazing. She was so compassionate and the gal who took my call was also there today to help me through this hard time. My Eywa was treated like their own today and at a price worth every penny and was affordable. This is a great place to take your companion when the time comes. No noisy vet office, no loud barking or a lobby full of animals just us!! That made the experience way less hectic and upsetting knowing my sweet girl didn't have to be stressed at her final moments. Thank you!!!

We chose Pet Passages for cremation services after losing our beloved senior cat. The entire experience was excellent - staff was very compassionate, pricing was reasonable and straightforward, and turnaround times for picking up ashes were very short. It was lovely to have the privacy of a room to grieve when saying our final goodbyes. I definitely recommend Pet Passages to all pet parents needing their services.

My sweet Nova was sick and had to be put to sleep. Pet passages employees were so very sweet and let us be with her and stay with her as long as we needed. Everyone there was kind and very professional. Answering all my questions and explaining everything. I would not hesitate to go back to them if every I needed to.
