Thank you for the beautiful urn, the velvet bag my precious Midge’s ashes were in, the nose and paw print, and the clay paw prints with the frame. This has been very difficult losing my furbaby, she was only 2. Even though I’d rather have her here as a living furbaby, having her ashes and the paw prints etc have brought comfort. Autumn received my blubbering and probably unintelligible call moments before closing hours on a Saturday, and she met me with compassion, empathy, and kindness at one of the most painful moments in my life. Autumn came after her shift was supposed to end, spoke kindly and delicately about our dear Royce Ross, and was very understanding when she retrieved him respectfully and took him to Pet Passages in Lake Orion. When picking up Our Sweet Boy's remains, he was returned to us a planned with no issues or delays. We received his beautiful, engraved box, along with a sincere hug and wish of condolences from Autumn, and his wonderfully done prints. We are grateful not only that this service exists but that we were able to receive such a high level of quality and care. ❤️
