Paws Upon the Heart Pet Cremation Services

Paws Upon the Heart was wonderful during such a difficult time. Their team was kind, compassionate, and handled everything with genuine care. The process was simple and affordable, and it brought our family real comfort knowing our pet was treated with such respect. We’re so grateful for their kindness and the peace they provided.

I have unfortunately had to use multiple pet cremation services over the course of the of the last 8 years or so with the last 3 of those being with Paws Upon the Heart over the last few years. The care and compassion they put into every pet deserves more than 5 stars. Prior to finding Paws Upon the Heart, it always felt like a business transaction, but Paws Upon the Heart makes you feel like family. The professionalism, care, and effort they put into every pet is beyond words. They have earned my business for life and I will recommend everyone I know as well

A week after they picked up our Moxxie from MSU, Moxxie's remains arrived on our doorstep. The box was packed with consideration. Thought I was ready for it. Turns out, I wasn't. Not sure what "package" my fiancée ordered, but at the top was a printed poem with Moxxie's paw print stamped on it. Paws Upon The Heart took excellent care of our Moxxie. While I don't normally have a lot of confidence that businesses act in good faith, it felt like Paws Upon The Heart was well aware of the delicate situation we were in, and were incredibly considerate of making sure we were taken care of. Moxxie's remains were safely packaged and arrived in a durable, anesthetically pleasing urn. While I hope that we won't find ourselves in the same situation anytime soon, I know that Paws Upon The Heart would be our first consideration.

Very helpful, reasonably priced and did a great job with my Gwen's footprints. The experience felt more personal than using a similar service through a vet office which was nice.

I called and spoke to Jake about my very first fur baby Max as he was 14 and a half. He was very helpful giving me all the information I needed to know as this was my first time going through something like this. If I needed to ask him something he was always there for me and I appreciated that very much. I just had another fur baby pass on and he is there for me again. Here's a picture of my fur babies.
