This was my first time for needing services for funeral arrangements. To all I spoke with, I will say each individual was calming, empathetic, caring and thoughtful. They’re very organized and efficient. They were helpful with paperwork, made the online option most convenient for me and made contacts where needed. I felt at ease, this was effortless on my end, which is huge based on the stress of needing to make funeral preparations sooner than I had expected. I would use their services again.

The staff was great. Very helpful and patient. They helped me with all details when it was very difficult for me to make decisions. When I miscalculated on numbers and needed more cards there was no questions, they just made it happen. Right down to changing the main picture last minute. This was done without any resistance. I have meet other funeral service staffs in the past but OField’s is by far the best I’ve ever

He was patient letting me blubber over my grandpa, not pressuring me to hurry up or anything. Was very respectful to my grandpa who was a veteran and took loving care of him after his time on earth. Thank you for your kind soft words on the day that devastated me the most 🥺🥺❤️‍🩹
