Cannot express the life altering experience of love and compassion from Drew, Dr. Lisa and AJ at the worse time of our life's when our beloved Willow Grace just couldn't go on anymore from the terrible canine kidney disease she had. They were there with us the whole time from start to the finish - throughly explained the entire process of euthanasia to the aquamation process. She passed over the Rainbow Bridge on October 27, 2025. I was able to hold Willow even after she had passed from this world to enter into Heaven, which had gave me a great sense of peace. Willow Grace was the best little companion - loved going for walks, camping, and running around the backyard with our other two dogs. She wasn't to keen on car rides but as long as she was with us she was a happy little girl and a very good watch dog, she always alerted us if she heard something unusual. She is very much a missing link of our family and always will be forever. We totally recommend Nature's Way Pet Aquamation - a funeral Home for our beloved pets. Thank You Again ... so much, to Drew, AJ and Dr. Lisa for the beautiful memorial keepsakes you offered us, I wear my necklace everyday ❣️❣️
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nature’s Way. This was our first time using Nature’s Way/Aquamation. Drew was so incredibly kind and sympathetic. As hard as it is to think about, especially considering how fresh the loss of my sweet Cavalier King Charles is, when my other babies pass we will only be using Nature’s Way for their remains. Thank you Drew and Nature’s Way for making such sad circumstances as peaceful and warm as possible.
I want to give a BIG thank you to your businessand staff. For taking care of my Bella. They didn't hesitate in making sure I was comfortable and that I had enough time to say good bye. I greatly appreciate that. They were wonderful and I highly recommend if you are in need of this servthey will be with you every step of the way during such a difficult time. They keep everything that is done or offered local. The urn and the glass heart is beautiful, again thank you.
This is our second time using Nature’s Way. My wife and I are very pleased that we reached to Drew and his staff to handle our beloved Tyler. We were notified when he was pick up and received a call a few days later once the process was completed. Also, we love the new look of the business. The last time that we were there was almost 3 years ago. Thank you, once again to everyone at Nature’s Way. The compassion and quality of service is well worth the 90 plus minutes of drive time on our end.
I cannot speak highly enough of the compassion you receive with this company. I called several places before reaching out to Natures way. The second AJ answered the phone, I knew my dogs last moments would be honored and our decision respected. AJ listened but didn't judge as I shared how I thought it was time to let our old girl, Aspen, go. From AJ to Drew to Dr. Lisa, the details of putting down our old girl were handled with minimal effort. AJ and Drew coordinated the call to Dr. Lisa who reached out to us to schedule the in home euthanasia appointment. Dr. Lisa arrived with 2 stuffed animals for our boys who were at school but were able to come home with stuffed animals that they call their "Aspen Memory stuffy". When it was time to remove Aspen from our home, staff made that effortless and arrived after Aspen had passed, allowing us to take our time saying our final goodbyes without feeling rushed before they carried her away. The following day, I reached out to Drew who asked how everyone was doing-to which I stated it was hard, especially for our boys who have experienced a lot of loss lately. Fast forward 2 weeks to when Aspen was ready to be picked up, she was in the most beautiful urn, and inside the bag was also 2 clay paw prints, which I didn't order. The staff working that afternoon shared Drew asked to make 2 extra clay paw prints for "2 little boys". I was choked up. Staff also chatted and shared how beautiful Aspen was and when she arrived, she continued to receive love and attention with extra pets. I was so appreciative you wanted to see pictures and let me share a little about her before I went on my way with my beautiful memorabilia. I will never forget your staff simply listening when other businesses I called made me feel judged. You made this hard decision as comforting as possible--you truly all have hearts of gold! I hope to not have to use you again soon, but I definitely will when the time comes so please don't go anywhere!
