We were devastated by losing our sweet girl Sadie. But we found so much comfort in the staff at Betzler and how they handle our sweet girl with incredible compassion for Sadie and our grieving family. They arrived on time and provided us with such beautiful items of Sadie to remember her by in just a few days. Sadie was so loved and I feel they did a great job helping us to cherish her in these sweet items. The best part was Sadie was allowed to pass at home instead of in the vet clinic. She will be forever missed. We would definitely recommend Betzler to anyone who has to face the loss of a pet and wants to do it at home.
Brett provided the utmost reverent care to each one of us, above all being, our boy. His compassion is palpable. His desire to honor the life of our furry son in a way that leaves no question about his worth as a living being AND his necessity to our family, is authentic. Every single one of our fur children will be cared for here. From the roomier urn as to not squeeze his remains and the expedition of Koda’s return home; to the intricate capturing of his unique paw print and a surprise clipping of some of his fur to cherish. if I had to lose my first fur son, I can take breaths with less pain knowing he was divinely cared for by Brett.
We lost our sweet dog recently and taking her to Life Tails was a great decision we made. They were very compassionate and I felt good leaving her in their care. I would recommend them to anyone.
Unfortunately I have had to use Life Tails on more occasions than I would have liked. The staff is very friendly and patient. They understand that these aren’t just animals but they are family members and they treat our loved ones with dignity and compassion. We would like to thank Life Tails Pet Cremation for their professionalism and compassion they showed to our kitty, Smoochie. We received our baby girl back very timely, and we love the story they wrote about her. We are glad we will always have her with us.
