Cannot say enough good about this company. My kitty has as hit on a Sunday. Everywhere I called wanted to charge a large fee to come in on a day off. Lake Michigan crematory met us at no extra fee. They were warm and welcoming.gave us time to say final goodbyes making one of my hardest days a little easier. They gave us a paw print and fur trimming at no extra fee. And the cremation price alone was much more reasonable then other locations. I'm forever greatful for the care and compassion they showed .

Extremely thankful for Steven and the team at LMC. Lost my little buddy of 10 years on a Friday evening. Saturday I give them a ring and was able to coordinate a drop off. Ample time for myself and my family to say goodbye to our beloved friend before cremation. A week later I was able to pick him up, and the package is truly beautiful. Very bittersweet but needed birthday gift. LMC has been extremely accommodating, understanding, and supportive through out the process. I cannot recommend this service enough, especially if you don’t have the means or ability to perform a burial where you want to. Cost was extremely reasonable, with prices listed on their site. Communication was phenomenal, texts were helpful and informative. I hope to not be back anytime soon, but if I ever need services again LMC is the first place I’d call regardless of distance. Thank you again!

I can't thank Dylan and Steve enough for being there in our darkest time when we lost our beloved cat Elvis. They provided time for us to mourn in private as we had to leave Elvis behind and in their care. That was hard. However, they were VERY responsive, accommodating, professional, kind, respectful and empathetic. The facility was clean , organized professionally and free of any odors. Leaving him there and having to walk away was so painful but we are so grateful that in our moment of need LMC Pets was their for us. The process of making final arrangements was fast and easy. Your mind and heart are going a mile a minute the last thing you want to focus on is anything but the passing of your beloved pet so I'm very grateful it was not a drawn out or complicated process. The complementary framed paw print was a sweet gift and his urn is of quality. The prices are fair, reasonable and they don't gouge you in your moment of pain or try to up sell you in this moment of grief. I'm sorry we had to meet Dylan and Steve but thank you for your roll in preserving our beloved Elvis memory and being their when we needed services of your kind. Zach and Isabel

my bb beegs, our fuzzy family member, lost her life in our arms on a saturday morning. this place was 45 minutes away but absolutely worth the drive. Steven was incredibly patient and understanding, having positive conversations. the pricing seemed fair, this was my first experience with cremation and if i ever have and lose another pet, i would feel like i need to go thru them again. The keepsakes are wonderful and the process was so effortless, just perfect for a sensitive person experiencing grief. ❤️

I had to have two pets euthanized the same day, my beloved cat Oreo, and my little brother’s dog Cujo. The experience I had with Lake Michigan Crematory was excellent, they kept me updated throughout the process and the keepsakes they returned with my cat are priceless. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with the loss of a pet, they truly care about the animals they process. It took a big burden off of my shoulders dealing with the grief.
