Heaven At Home Pet Hospice

We recently had to make the difficult decision to put our elderly dog to rest, and we are incredibly grateful for the compassionate service we received. The woman who came to our home was kind, patient, calm, and deeply empathetic. She gave us the time we needed, explained everything gently, and treated our dog with such tenderness and respect. Being able to say goodbye in the comfort of our own home made an impossible moment a little more peaceful. Our dog was relaxed, safe, and surrounded by love, and that means more than I can express. This experience brought so much comfort to our family during a very emotional time. We are truly thankful for the care and compassion we received. Definitely worth the extra money.

First, I want to say that if you are reading these reviews for Heaven at Home because you are in a position where you have to make such a tough decision, I am so very very sorry. Everything about the process working with Heaven at Home was made so easy, ensuring that we could focus on loving our girl in her last few days. From the initial call with the care coordinator, to the moment the vet was finished with our visit, everything was handled seamlessly and with so much kindness and compassion. I could tell from the first minute of our conversation with Dr. Barnes at our home that we made the right decision. She helped our baby rest in ease and with comfort. We miss our kitty so very much, and our hearts will ache forever, but I am so very thankful for the option to have Heaven at Home come to our house and help us through everything. Dr. Barnes is an angel and I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about this company and service. You all made a very tough time feel a little bit easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We’d give Heaven at Home 10 stars if we could. Everyone made a painful goodbye much more gentle and dignified. Our Ruby was a family member and Heaven at Home enabled us to give her a gentle passing. Mary’s initial scheduling phone call was compassionate and kind, and Dr. Amy grieved with us while providing excellent care. Thank you for giving our family peace and kindness during a painful time.

We cannot thank Heaven at Home enough for the whole experience. This was our first time having to say goodbye to one of our dogs, Charlie, and from the initial call and scheduling with Paula, to Dr. Hoss being so incredibly sweet and helpful during the whole process, was absolutely incredible. They brought a peace to the service that I didnt know was possible. Cannot recommend them enough.

Heaven at Home was my first experience using an in-home hospice care team. I cannot express enough the thoughtfulness, kindness, and genuine compassion Dr. Rishele Smith and this team showed not only my little one but with myself as well. End of life decisions can be extremely difficult but after this experience, I would not have wanted it any other way. I wholeheartedly recommend Heaven at Home to anyone wanting a peaceful, loving in home transition. You will not regret it.
