I had to put down two cats previously and they were very professional and understanding about having to have my pet cremated. They also did very nice job giving me a paw print and very nice earns.

I had my beagle cremated here several years ago and when my cat died a week ago I decided to take her there to be cremated as well. The staff are kind and the cremation was done quickly both times I have been there.

The first time I called the lady was lovely very caring. when I came in to drop my dog off for cremation everybody was very caring but I picked my dog up it was awful awful. I left so unsatisfied. they gave me my dog in a plastic Ziploc bag with no certificate no sympathy card no nothing. a plastic Ziploc bag and a pouch! the lady at the desk was terrible. She handed me a brown paper bag and said nothing. How do I even know this is my dog? they turn a bad thing worse. now I am horrified, angry upset!

Took my cat here to be cremated. They were very friendly and professional. Received her ashes back the very next day in a nice velvet pouch and also received a very nice paw print plaque. Thank you for for helping ease some pain.

We took our cat to be cremated here. They were very professional quoted services more reasonably priced than most veternains quick service and we appreciated the velvet pouch and paw print. Would highly recomend their services they even have a cemetery on site if desired. We are going to put our kitty by the rose bushes in our yard next to the deck she loved being outside and we wanted to keep her near. Shadow is missed very much- hoping she is chasing bunnies and squirrels in heaven.🐈‍⬛🐾
