My husband and I will forever be grateful to Abby and Grand Rapids Cremation Services. When my father-in-law passed away suddenly, it was up to us to organize everything from our new home in Europe. Amidst the shock and grief, Abby was there for us from the start, making things as easy as possible. She kept in touch, was kind and sensitive, and handled every issue like it was no issue at all. When Abby wasn't available, our questions were answered and our calls were returned right away by other caring staff. We were never made to feel like a bother. Abby and Grand Rapids took amazing care of us and our father. We're so grateful and highly recommend them.

Super impressed by their care, compassion, and professionalism, After my father in law passed, Walli and Ty came to the house to move his body. They were so reverent and respectful, letting us know what they were going to do right before they did it, all with the precision of a military funeral. I was moved to tears. Tracey was invaluable with her loving care and knowledge. She helped us so much. Picking us his remains was made much less stressful for my mother in law with Tracey’s compassionate listening ear.

These people are heaven sent. I’m forever grateful for the way they cared for my sister after she passed.
