We Had to take our second fur-baby to them this past week, both times we had to go there they Were so comforting so understanding of the loss of our pets and how close we are to our pets. I love the little area they give you to say goodbye to your fur baby. And they have Lots of choices to put your fur babies ashes in they offer you different ideas to keep their memory close to your heart Thank you so much for making it much easier for us as we Deal with our babies crossing over the bridge

What a phenomenal place! Caring staff, beautiful facilities and so compassionate. My wife and I awoke to find our sweet kitty had passed away during the night. I called and was able to get in that day. They were able to perform the service while I ran some errands in town and had our pets remains ready by the time I was done. I highly recommend Family Pet Cremation Center to all of my pet owning friends. Thank you for your kindness and empathy during our time of sorrow.

We were on a family vacation in a very remote location and our little baby passed away suddenly. I called around midnight and I received a call back early morning and without hesitation Crystal offered to come in and open early. Unfortunately due to a drive we didn't get there till around noon, but as soon as we arrived me heart was put at ease. I walked into such a beautiful tribute to all the fur babies that have passed over rainbow bridge. After bringing my baby inside, Crystal gave us a little time to be with him. We then discussed options of urns, boxes, etc. When she went to get some hair clippings for us and she arranged our little baby for a beautiful viewing one last time. My husband and I both were blown away by her kindness, compassion and overall service that was given to our baby. Since we had a two day drive and had to beat the weather, our baby had to be shipped home. Everyone made this happen so quickly and with such ease. I highly recommend Family Pet Cremation Centers as they are professional, caring, loving and truly genuine with your fur babies. Again thank you from the bottom of our hearts. RIP Harley 🐾❤️

My dear, sweet Branwyn passed away on January 27th from cancer. I called Family Pet Cremation Center in Gaylord right away and tried to bring him downstate from the Upper Peninsula where we live, but due to gale force winds, the bridge was closed. I called the center and they arranged for me to bring him down on January 28th. They quickly got me in and were so respectful and professional. They allowed my Lily girl to wander around their office while I arranged the details of my dear sweet Branwyn boy, and treated her like the dog princess she is. Based on where I lived, they took Branwyn in right away for cremation and less than two hours later notified me he was ready to go home. I can't say enough about how kind and compassionate they are, they listened and were just wonderful! Plus, the office has hundreds of beloved pet pictures hanging on the walls and a special tribute area to their own personal dogs who passed on. There is a great selection of memorial products and urns, but I never felt pressured to purchase. I was so impressed with the compassionate service and even more so that my beloved Branwyn was able to come home with me right away. Thank you, Family Pet Cremation Center of Gaylord. ❤️

We had to say goodbye to our 4-yo pup Jellybeans a couple of days ago and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. Setting up the appointment, they were so kind and understanding. When we arrived it was a quiet house with a beautiful living room. The office was out of the way and the little private goodbye room was very calming. It felt comforting rather than a cold business. I know he was well taken care of and we picked out a beautiful picture box to put him in. Thank you for everything.
