Clock Timeless Pets

I found these guys a few months ago when I was looking around for cremation services for my pets, mostly with my elderly dog in mind. Yesterday morning however, one of my cats was hit by a car and did not survive. My husband and I have been absolutely gutted as he was our first pet together and arguably my husband's best friend. I was so grateful that I had already done the leg work and found these guys before I was in such a state and could simply call and see if I could bring our kitty boy down. I spoke with Jody and not only was she incredibly heartfelt and sympathetic, but she even made special financing arrangements for us. She treated both my husband and I as well as our kitty with such tender love. She even took the time to bond with me over our mutual love of animals while I was doing the paperwork with her. I'm so grateful that a service like this exists in our area and while I'm sad to have needed to use it, I honestly don't think it could have been done any more smoothly or compassionately. I will go out of my way to work with these guys and highly recommend that you do the same.

They are very nice and caring and it’s not all about a dollar either Jody was the best!!!! She helped me thru it and showed me she cared!!! Thank u all so much and yes I recommend them in a heart beat!!! Even did paw prints and a nose print which I’m happy I got so I can get it tatted on me!!! Thank you all so much!

Clock timeless Pets has a wonderful team; in person I spoke to Josh & Dale. Both are polite, professional, patient, respectful, & worked with me even with my funky schedule. I spoke with Jodi over the phone; she is polite, patient, professional, respectful, & did a follow up call to answer any questions I had. They cared for my pet through the whole process of her cremation. I received my pet back in a neat box tied off with a bow. Building is easy to find with the use of GPS; they have a lot of parking & an amazing team. Thank you! Josh, Jodi, & Dale.
