Angel Paws has been amazing. With a hard situation loosing our first fur baby, they were outstanding. Super compassionate and thoughtful. They arrived at our house and picked up our Charlie. They informed us on what to expect for next steps and what to watch out for our other pup. They have been in constant contact about our Charlie and when his final service was complete. I would highly recommend Angel Paws!

They took 150 dollars from us and then informed us that they no longer work in Michigan. Do not ise these scammers

Can’t say enough good things. Thought cheddar would live to make it to the vet but died 615 am. Called another company that didn’t answer. These people answered. Were calm and nice answered all questioned. Directed me what to do. Once I picked a package and paid all security. I got a phone call with timing and exactly what would happen. 90 minutes later in time and very humanely took cheddar. A week later in a perfectly prepared package we got everything we asked and paid for. I can’t say enough about how a confusing and hard situation was made in way to be handled. Who knew this was even an option. Recommended highly

When I got my furbaby's prognosis, I asked for the vet's recommendations and I was not impressed. Most vets in Metro Detroit recommend one particular cremation company and I have had the dissatisfaction of using them in the past so when I got the predicted recommendation, I was determined to find a better solution and that is when I found Angel Paws website and found the had services that better fit my needs. Not only is their website easy to navigate, everything was clearly listed to show what options were available and I was relieved to know there wasn't going to be any confusion. Angel Paws has 24/7 support and that made a huge difference when plans changed. Unfortunately, they were unable to help with him crossing over the Rainbow Bridge, but their cremation services are more than I could have asked for. These are some of the worst days for furbaby owners and I am so grateful that I was able to make last minute decisions, including changing services provided. At no point was upselling attempted or did I feel like my selections weren't "good enough". This is a vulnerable time and it's easy to make irrational decisions because of our grief and Angel Paws didn't try to capitalize on that, unlike the other cremation service that was previously used (human funeral homes are the worst). I hate to say I will be a returning client as no one wants to repeat this heartbreak, however, I will only use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who is in need of these services. They are true Angels.
