We lost two cats this year and our kitty’s ashes were returned and packaged with the greatest care. We love the certificates that came with our urns and the paw prints are beautiful with each cat’s name below. I also called twice because I was worried and emotional but I was treated with respect and comfort. Highly recommend.

Sadly our sweet boy Reign crossed the rainbow bridge 9/9/24. This was incredibly hard on our family as you all can imagine. I will be honest, when we paid for the cremation at our vet I did not look to see who they went through or anything until tonight when we went to pick up our sweet boy. From the moment our vet handed us the bag, and the ride home I could immediately tell I was going to be in love once I opened it. From the bag, to the boxes, the sweet certification, and the soft dark blue velvet bag my boys urn was safely in, it was all so beautiful! Then, I opened the bag to see the urn and my heart melted into a puddle! It was so incredibly beautiful!!! Everything was amazing and I could not be happier! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our boy! It feels so good to have him back home with us where he belongs! I can't say enough amazing things about you guys! ❤️

Wow! Our 19 year old kitty Nikko passed away. We decided to have him cremated and the Humane Society Clinic (our vet) recommended Trusted Journey Pet Memorial Services. Well, he came home today and the presentation was beautiful! You can see the care and love they put in their services. His beautiful wooden memorial box came in a velvet bag with a certificate, a paw print a memorial card and paw bracelet. I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended.
