My family and I want to thank the staff and director for all their professionalism at a very emotional and difficult time . We are very happy with how our mother looked and the service they performed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Vincent Street will NOT give my mom my grandmothers death certificate. I really think it was some fishy business going on. My grandma said she had a policy before she died and they claim she didn’t. Vincent Street was paid hush money behind my mother’s back to act like there wasn’t a policy so that my aunt can keep the money. I wouldn’t refer a soul to this place. Oh and if you must know, Nora Williams was my grandmother. Til this day, no death certificate given to my mom who was the sole person taking care of her. Vincent Street said he had to ask my aunt if he could give her a copy. Like what???????

I want to thank Swanson's Funeral home and their staff. They helped and supported me with my mother, Pastor Mary Scott-Davis funeral arrangements. They went above and beyond what I or anyone could have ever imagined. They treated her like royalty. They treated me like family and not just a customer. They were warm, professional, caring and I love them so much. I tell you if you want a funeral home that will assist you with the funeral arrangements of your loved one, Swanson's funeral home is one you can trust. Again, I love you all at Swanson's funeral home.

My family used the services of Swanson for decades. Today was my sister in law’s service and I was very disappointed. There was no effort at all to make her look like herself! Not even close! This is definitely not the great work I’ve been accustomed to over the decades At Swansons. Didn’t want to leave this kind of review but maybe it will be noticed and improvements made! Also as a final note. Maybe a little remodel or updates to the building in the near future would be a good idea. Prayers and Blessings.

Whoever does the makeup is not very good at all, I felt so bad for my friend, she said they made her husband look like Dracula. Seems very unorganized, we had to ask for more tissues to be brought out as they only provided 2 boxes. The drinking fountain was broken and the bathrooms had litter on the floor. They did not have enough chairs to accommodate everyone, many people had to stand through the whole funeral. When it came time for the procession to the cemetery things became even more unorganized as no one from the funeral home directed traffic in the parking lot or anything.
