Oak Cremation

I just started using Oak Cremation to have my Sister cremated. They seem so far a plenty and nice company and willing to help out with the email on line. Thank you Mrs Sharon Freist. I'm adding this on after a several weeks that have pass, when a family member comes to pick up their family member, make sure they have the right documents to pick them up. I felt the person that paying out$1085 in getting their Sister cremated should of been the person to pick up their love one. Just for information Oak Cremation my niece never give my Sister's ashes back to me. Thank you I hope someone will learn from this situcation.

When a loved one dies, you have somewhat of an "out of body" experience. You're there, but you really aren't. Everyone needs/wants answers as to who, what, where, how, etc. almost immediately. Oak Cremation was very helpful, patient, understanding & kind. Very easy to deal with. And pretty much took the lead & handled anything I needed & was not sure of. Thank you so much for being there at a difficult time.
