Donnie took such excellent care of us. We had almost 15 wonderful years with our dog. She passed away at home. My sons and I were devastated and didn’t know quite what to do. We called Martenson Pet Services and from the moment we spoke with Donnie, we knew our fur baby, Brandy, was in good hands. Donnie is a very compassionate, caring, loving, kind hearted soul. Donnie was very comforting, understanding and very patient with us. He gave us our private time to say our goodbyes. He got beautiful paw prints, nose prints, and nice locks of fur of our sweet Brandy. Donnie went above and beyond taking care of me and my 2 sons and taking care of our sweet fur baby, Brandy. Donnie’s kindness and support means the world to us that will live in our hearts forever. First of all thank you Lyric and Donnie for taking such GREAT care of my Lily! You have been the most compassionate, caring and understandable people in our time of need. We lost our Lily Thanksgiving morning and you have made this whole process bearable. You showed us so much love and kindness. Our family thanks you and your service so much. Unfortunately we have had to use Martenson Pet services three times over the last decade. Thankfully their staff has made these hard times easier on us and preserved our pets in glory. We have had 2 dogs and now a snake cremated. Their prices are very reasonable, but their staff make is worth every dime spent! We are particularly pleased with Donnie, his willingness and support of our situation. He was kind, thoughtful and went well above and beyond for our family. We want to extend a special thank you to all of the staff and Donnie! Our lost fur and scale babies were family and you have always exceeded expectations either way kind hearts and patience. We appreciate all of you and would recommend 1000 times over to anyone in need of these services. 🐾🌈

I highly recommend Martenson's. We have used them for all of our beloved animals we've lost. We've had Lyric service us with all of our past pets, she's been great! This time we had Donnie, my sweet Gunner was only 3 months old and passed from a heart condition. Donnie absolutely made me feel like family and made my process so much easier. He got my handsome boy back home in only a couple hours which was so amazing and so much quicker than I expected! Which is soooo appreciated! I just wanted to thank both Donnie and Lyric for always taking great care of us and our babies! 🌈🐾🤍

One of the most caring places! I had to put my cat Mittens down out of no where and had to find somewhere to get his ashes. Donnie was super sweet and really showed how much he cared while taking care of Mittens. Would recommend this place to anyone!
