I have unfortunately had to attend several family funerals at Howe over the past year. The staff is kind and empathetic, the interior is warm and welcoming, and I have only had positive experiences here in the worst of times. It is a running joke in my family that Howe Peterson is our place for family reunions, and with how often we have been here recently that isn't far from the truth. This is a great spot for family and friends to celebrate the life of our loved ones who have passed on to a better place. Howe Peterson puts the home in funeral home.

I can’t over-emphasize how incredible Howe Peterson is. The staff picked up my mother’s body 40 miles away in the middle of the night, provided sincere condolences, genuinely inquired about my mom, provided excellent recommendations and made the entire funeral process flow seamlessly. Jeff even shared memories from my grandma’s service 28 years ago, which was so touching. My mother looked beautiful and very natural. Having an adjoining room where food and drinks were served during the Viewing was perfect. Many people stayed for hours, sharing stories. We received incredible feedback from many guests. In the days after the burial, I’ve received multiple calls from Howe Peterson checking on the family, asking if we had any questions, offering to help. Liz was also fantastic to work with and helped us design the perfect grave marker. I am so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, clarity, and even joy Howe Peterson provided during a very difficult time.

We were treated like family. Jim and the staff went over and above my expectations. Jim treated our Mother like his own Mother. I would and do recommend Howe-Peterson Funeral Home to everyone. There was no pressure during our rough and emotional time. We are not the normal family and our Mother wanted very specific things done as she was Wiccan. Jim studied up and gave Mom a perfect send off. I can't thank you all enough.

Jeff was wonderful helping me with my Mom's funeral services. During a time when your thoughts may be a little foggy ( I know mine were) he guided us through the process in a very caring, yet professional manner. I would highly recommend their services.

A big thank you to Chad and all the staff. Everyone was so pleasant and calming with handling everything. And also a big thank you to Barry and Vanessia(the hugger, which we all needed) who came out to pick up my Dad in the early hours of the day. Amazing job to all.
