Forever Faithful Pet Cremation

I did not to business with this company directly. My animal I’m assuming was sent from Wilson’s Veterinary Hospital to this company. They were quick, getting back to me the next day to schedule the delivery. The dispatcher was able to work with me on a timeframe that I was going to be home. The delivery driver made sure to have me double check that I had everything and extend his condolences to us. The clay came out perfect! It’s truly comforting having Gordon back home. Every person I spoke to from your company was very friendly and supportive!

It has taken me a year to write this review since the passing of my best friend of almost 16 years. I helped deliver my Chihuahua, Jeno and he was the first dog that I ever had that long and had to do arrangements after death. Therefore, not only was I completely lost in the process but in shock and heart broken. I called a few places before hand ,but they did not do pet cremation. I came across this location and called the number. The person was very kind and professional who answered the phone. It was a male and said I could come as soon as I was ready. I headed over there with my boy wrapped around a fluffy blanket and put him in an open plastic container. When I arrived I ended up parking in the wrong area and the man came out and greeted me at the door. I was the only one there at the time. Then a nice lady greeted me and I told her I was in denial and still in shock. She showed her sympathy and said she would check for me. She brushed my dog with her hand and said he was definitely gone and they would take good care of him. She asked if I wanted to donate the blanket and plastic container after they are done with my boy or take it home with me right then and there. I wanted to take it with me just so I could keep the blanket forever. I handed my boy over wrapped in a wee wee pad. Kissed him goodbye. Payment was quick and easy. I wanted jewlery that I could wear with his ashes in them, so she showed me them. I decided on a gold heart pendant necklace. They didn't have anymore, so she gave me the one on display which was very kind of her. The process was not long. I did a private cremation and when I picked him up I brought a photo of him and wrote in their pet memory album. This was such a great way to get closure. I received a clay, heart paw print of him, my necklace, a beautiful wooden box with his ashes in them and something I can plant in memory of him. They made the process so easy that I can't thank them enough. I even gave the lady a tight hug before I left! I would highly recommend this location.

We had our cat cremated on Friday and,got her ashes back today. Her ashes were packaged carefully in the urn. Which is a nice one as well, we chose the paw imprint in the heart shape.The staff are very compassionate and helpful during a sad and difficult time as well. Highly recommend and,will go through again in the future for our other animals. Thank you for everything that you do.
