Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services

I want to thank Faithful Companion for taking great care of my cat Alice. She passed at an emergency vet and they took care of my special instructions (polydactyl paw print). They returned her to me more quickly than I expected. I could not afford a special urn but the standard wood one is very nice. The office called to tell me everything was complete which put my mind at ease while I waited for the delivery. I was glad they brought it to my house instead of anything going in the mail. The person who delivered it was very nice and asked how I am doing. There was a little bag which included grief support materials and a bookmark. I have never been through this before so I was glad the whole process was seamless. Thank you again!

Highly recommend! Thankful for Faithful Companion for their private creamation & their great care of my Chancey girl. She was my dog for 10 years.. my sunshine girl. Her ashes were returned in this lovely urn box, along with a paw print, clay print., a bookmark, & a grieving pwt booklet I had a custom decal made to put on the top of the urn box. (Sunshine ) Very pleased with Faithful Companion services , & they returned her ashes back to me in 2 days. My heart breaks every day and every minute , missing my sunshine girl, My only Sunshine !

Faithful Companion really came thru for me and my kids when we lost our precious family dog Paris. They are very caring and very compassionate and I love the fact they have the most friendly people answer the phone with the most empathetic and comforting answers to all my questions. I appreciate June I believe her name was of not I apologize for that but she was amazing and very kind the whole service from beginning to the end. We thank you and keep up the great work. A few weeks ago we lost our dog of almost 13 years, who was our family’s rock and literally the best companion I could’ve asked for. Penelope was older than both our kids and we semi-seriously referred to her for years as our 4 legged first child, as we adopted her when she was just 6 weeks old. The devastation of losing her was indescribable, and even worse she passed 2 days before we left for a cross country family trip, and we knew she wouldn’t be here to greet us when we came back. Faithful Companion called while we were traveling to let us know Penelope was ready to come home, and they made sure to take good care of her until we were back home to take her. Every time I spoke with them they were very kind and understanding, and the way they refer to “bringing her home” showed us how much they really care. If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Having her rest here in her home has really helped us to move forward and bring closure to the situation. Thank you all so much for everything.

We lost our baby mischief December 20th had to wait a week to get the cremation. Today she’s finally home. Jokingly we were talking to her box going “ well missy how long were your with that young kitten hmmm” “ I told you I didn’t like that kitty mischief always running away from home.” This place took care of our baby and our wishes for her to be cremated with her blanket. This place did her paw too amazing work brought us a sense of peace to have her back home. Thank you 🙏
