I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here and the services they do. My Great Dane Luna passed away last Christmas Eve, not only were they prompt and comforting in such a hard time but you could tell they genuinely cared and took pride in their work. This year I received the sweetest hand written card on the one year anniversary of Lunas passing that brought me to tears (happy tears knowing they cared so much). Thank you for making my heart a little less heavy in such a heartache.

Wonderful people, wonderful service. Our cat Lucario passed away in home at the age of 15. I called Adoring Pet and opted for home pickup, and they came the same day. When Susie arrived, she was very kind and also took the time to help us through the process. Lucario is back home now, and all I can say is working with Adoring Pet is comforting; It’s not easy saying goodbye to those we love, but people like this make the experience lighter. Thank you to everyone at Adoring Pet.

We are so grateful for Adoring Pet. I just couldn’t handle the idea of traditional cremation for our cat, it felt too violent. And the thought of burying her alone in the backyard didn’t feel right either. The morning after we lost our sweet girl, my husband came across Adoring Pet and told me they offered something called Aquamation. As soon as he explained it to me, I knew it was the right choice. I was nervous about leaving our Moo Baby with people we didn’t know, but they were wonderful. The whole process felt personal and they handled everything with a great deal of care. Thank you for bringing us some comfort and making such a hard part of this process a little easier to bear.

After tragically losing our baby boy last Monday(Oct 27th, 2025; and I'm sorry for the long review). I contacted them while awaiting my relief at work right around the corner from them. They were able to get us in that night at 6:30pm. My mother was confused for a minute why I would want to cremate him, but now he has a permanent space at the foot of our bed where he sat waking us up in the morning. With his favorite toys and shirt; gemstones that would fit him perfectly; and a beautiful urn that made that extra cost well worth it for him. She fell in love with our choices, and so did we when we received him. I believe her name was Trini that was handling the intake for Mistah Blue. She answered any and all questions me, my wife and my mother had while we were sitting down. She was patient, very understanding and VERY reassuring of every step. My mother was so intrigued with the thought of aquamation; AND I get ONLY our son's ashes versus cremating with the vets for half the price(what better way for a cat named Blue, who's favorite spot was dipping his tail in the bath or playing in the sink?). The owner was taking the trash to the curb as we were leaving and walked up to us. He personally thanked us for allowing him and his team to do this for us and our son. Assuring us he will be in great hands and offered his condolences. Very kind and soft spoken man; someone Blue would have LOVED which made us content with our choice of going with Adoring Pet. We asked for 2 vials of his fur instead of 1 and because of one of those vials he is now forever my wife's Vanilla Latte. The paw prints(both clay and ink) and ink nose print are AMAZING; when we got home after picking him up was probably the first time in a week that I have smiled. All because the clay they use I can hold due to sensory issues. I have anxiety and sadly we have lost my emotional support animal in the midst of all of this so I was patiently(yet impatiently) awaiting the call reminding myself "it takes time" that he was ready to be brought home. We picked up our little goofball last night after we got out of work. The ladies here made this process a little less distressing and I couldn't have asked for a better place to have handled this little chaos gremlin one final time after the stuff the vet put us through mixing up his paperwork. I don't have pictures of the ink prints yet(we'll be framing them when his shelf comes in so they are put up for safe keepings) and we haven't been able to print the pictures for his urn; but I hope I can update this when I get a moment to finally do that for our handsome little guy. Thank you SO much for taking such great care of Blue and getting him home to us. He may not be barreling through the house but he's home💙

Wanted to leave a review because I was a wreck and forgot to properly thank everyone involved at Adoring Pet. On July 12th, my soul dog that I’ve had for seventeen wonderful years unexpectedly passed away. No other pet cremation service in SE Michigan would take us so abruptly. Adoring Pet said come right now and we’ll take him. The drive is two hours there and back but well worth it. Everything, even down to the layout of the building, is so respectful and thoughtful; I got to hold and say goodbye to my sweet boy for as long as I needed. The price was way less than what I expected, especially considering all the keepsakes they offer you. His urn is beautiful. As much as I didn’t want this to happen, I’m very grateful Adoring Pet was there when it did. They helped everything run as smoothly as it could go. Thank you to everyone who helped it happen.
