Nordgren Memorial Chapel

Our Mom spent 13 years in a nursing home with alzheimers disease. She passed on August 11th. Katherine Erika and the whole Nordgren team turned an unbelievable heartache into a magical memorial to my Mother. My Mom looked as she did 20 years ago. And my Mom was a beauty. The wake in the church wasn't anything that I experienced. But again Nordgren Memorial Chapel walked my family through every step of the memorial service. My dad passed away in March, When I walked in to the room where his wake was I could not believe how good they made him look. They did such a phenomenal job and Erica and the rest of the staff were so friendly and inviting and caring. I can’t say enough about these guys. I’m very pleased and I want to thank you very much for making my dad look so handsome when he was Reunited with my mother after 35 years.

I had reached out to one of the people that work there named Erica regarding my brother who had terminal cancer. My mother and I just wanted to be prepared and make decisions while we had clear minds. Erica was extremely professional and empathetic. The tone in her voice told me she genuinely cares about us and was considerate of our difficult time. When the time came and my brother passed, Erica was there for us and made us feel like family. Not only did we matter to her, my brother mattered to her, and because of that I will be forever grateful for her and the people behind the scenes.

I attended the funeral service of Marcia Hirtle today and was extremely impressed with how professional and beautiful the entire services were from start to finish. All employees were kind and understanding. They took very good care of Mark and the family in their time of grief. Have been to several services here and have always been pleased with the quality of care and attention to detail they provide for the families.

My sister passed away in January. The woman that took care of my sister was phenomenal. She did such a good job with her. I was afraid of what she was going to look like in her casket, I was literally blown away. My sister was my sister, she looked so beautiful. I absolutely recommend coming here for any of your needs when a loved one passes away.
