One of my close friends passed away unexpectedly, and we found ourselves urgently searching for a funeral home within a very short timeframe. They took the time to understand our cultural background and the traditions we follow. They listened attentively to our rituals and were incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout the entire process. My mom recently passed and we had our arrangements at Kelly Funeral Home. The person who handled our services was Nick Zecco. Kelly cremation and funeral care was my go to initially because the prices were in our range. However, upon the first conversation with their staff I was greeted with care and empathy. Michelina especially made our experience with my father's services very personal. She answered all of our questions and the whole staff is very patient and caring. We needed immediate services for a close friend. Rick and Bruce met us ASAP. Best part was their empathy and their honest desire to help align the facility to our friends Hindu rituals (unlike other places in the region). Their team went beyond expectations (shout out to Sam) to support the family in arranging everything in detail, having a strong foresight to ensure we had everything we needed in advance (streaming, water, canopy and umbrellas as it rained). They guided everyone around, helped cover all of the families rituals and then help post- funeral. Super easy in communication, punctual, and highly professional. They have a beautifully maintained facility in Worcester with 50 car parking. Thank you so much!!
