We needed immediate services for a close friend. Rick and Bruce met us ASAP. Best part was their empathy and their honest desire to help align the facility to our friends Hindu rituals (unlike other places in the region). Their team went beyond expectations (shout out to Sam) to support the family in arranging everything in detail, having a strong foresight to ensure we had everything we needed in advance (streaming, water, canopy and umbrellas as it rained). They guided everyone around, helped cover all of the families rituals and then help post- funeral. Super easy in communication, punctual, and highly professional.
